1. All Sales Are Final on TCG Products

Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all TCG sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any TCG items, including sealed products, singles, or accessories.

2. Presale Orders & Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you've placed a presale order, please note the following cancellation guidelines:

  • Cancellations Within 1–2 Days: You may cancel your presale order within 48 hours of purchase with no cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
  • Cancellations After 2 Days: Presale cancellation requests made after 48 hours of placing the order may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellation Limitations: Once a presale item is shipped or marked as "processing for shipment," it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with you to make it right.

Summary:

Due to the nature of collectible items, particularly trading cards, our return policy is restrictive. The vast majority of our products (trading cards, products containing trading cards, and pre-orders) are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. For any other potentially eligible items, returns are subject to strict time limits, condition requirements, and applicable fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable once shipped.
