Sealed Product Condition Policy:

Factory Sealed: All items listed as "sealed" are shipped in their original, unopened factory packaging, including shrink-wrap where applicable, as received from the manufacturer/distributor.

Disclosure of Known Issues: We perform a visual inspection upon receiving inventory. Any significant condition issues or damage (e.g., major tears in wrap, crushed corners) known to us before listing will be clearly disclosed in that specific product's description and/or photos.

Standard Manufacturer/Distribution Variations (Not Covered): Barring specific disclosures mentioned above, Captainitcollects.com is not liable for typical variations or minor imperfections originating from the manufacturer or distribution process. This includes, but is not limited to:

Minor cosmetic imperfections, small tears (<1 inch, for example), or scuffs on the factory shrink-wrap.

Missing or damaged components (cards, packs, etc.) inside the factory-sealed packaging (e.g., collation errors, print lines, damaged cards not visible from outside).

Intended Use & Packaging: Sealed products are generally intended by the manufacturer to be opened. Minor cosmetic damage to the outer box or packaging that occurs during manufacturing or distribution, and which does not impact the condition or integrity of the sealed contents inside, is not considered a defect or grounds for return/refund.
Shipping Policy

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

P.O. Boxes

APO/FPO/DPO addresses

U.S. Territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

Any international destinations outside of the United States.
2. Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

Processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, such as major holidays or sales events. We appreciate your patience!
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers:

We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx.

Available shipping options and their estimated transit times will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Please note that transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin after your order has shipped. Captainitcollects.com is not responsible for carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order, as well as the selected shipping method.

You will see the total shipping cost before finalizing your purchase.

We offer free standard shipping on orders totaling $200 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).
5. Order Tracking:

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order.

Captainitcollects.com is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us by the carrier due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, it will be subject to the 10% fee outlined in our Return Policy. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional charges will apply if you request the order to be reshipped.
7. Pre-Order Shipping:

If your order includes pre-order items, please note the estimated release date listed on the product page. Pre-order items will ship on or shortly after that date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will typically be held and shipped together once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we carefully package all orders, occasional issues during transit can occur.

If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery date or if it arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at captaintldr@gmail.com.

For damaged items, please retain the original shipping box and all packaging materials, as they may be required for filing a claim with the carrier. We will assist you through the claims process.
